BIGBANG’s T.O.P Donates 100 Million Won To The Fight Against Coronavirus

The non-profit organization made a statement.

BIGBANG‘s T.O.P has joined the fight against the coronavirus as donated 100 million won (~$84,000 USD) to a non-profit organization, called Hope Bridge.

The organization confirmed that T.O.P has made a donation with a message asking them to use his donation to help the patients and medical responders who are affected by the virus.

Through his donation, [T.O.P] sends his deep respect and appreciation to all of the medical staff who are dedicated in overcoming the COVID-19. He hopes he can be of help even if it’s a little.

His donation will be used to aid the efforts in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area, where there is the heaviest concentration of coronavirus cases in South Korea. The organization vowed to use his donation to purchase safety equipments for the medical team.

Many public figures and celebrities have been donating generously towards the cause as South Korea has become the second country with the highest reported cases of the coronavirus.
