BigHit Music New Boy Group’s Song Receives Backlash From Korean Netizens

BigHit Music is set to debut a new boy group, CORTIS. The group consists of many familiar faces including Trainee A‘s James.

They dropped their pre-debut release, “GO!” on August 11, 2025. The song features synth sounds and an R&B vibe.

The music video was also filmed overseas and artfully directed.

Although fans have been desperately waiting for the drop of the new group, many are disappointed with the track and how the music video was shot.

• Not fun…It really just seems as if it’s made for the foreign market, so I don’t like it.
• Just common hip-hop wannabe vibes.
• Ah, the angles…
• It’s really not giving.
• It’s our first impression of them, and they’re not showing their faces clearly, but using all sorts of weird angles that just makes it seem messy… The title track should be better than this, right?
