BLACKPINK Have Now Become YouTube’s Most Subscribed Music Group Of All Time
Although BLACKPINK‘s list of records is already incredibly long, it just got a little bit longer as the unstoppable queens just set a brand new record and made history once again!
About a year ago, BLACKPINK officially became YouTube’s most subscribed to K-Pop girl group of all time with 9.3 million subscribers and let’s just say that was just the tip of the iceberg!
From 9.3 million subscribers in July 2018 to and over 26,335,000 subscribers in June 2019, BLACKPINK not only more than doubled their subscriber list but they also took the title of most subscribed K-Pop channel on the site.
And they didn’t stop there! On September 7, 2019, BLACKPINK surpassed 29,888,000 subscribers on YouTube which not only meant they still hold the title of most subscribed K-Pop channel but they also earned the title of most subscribed music group in the world!
The previous and very impressive record was held by One Direction with over 29,883,000 subscribers!
Additionally, the BLACKPINK’s new record also means that they are now the 9th most subscribed music channel in the world behind Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Eminem, Marshmello, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, and Rihanna!
