Earlier in the month, it was revealed that Jennie was in Los Angeles, America.

In a quickly-deleted story on Instagram, Jennie shared that she was in the studio. After taking a closer look, the fine print reveals she is at LA’s Chalice Recording Studio. With the studio’s history of hosting stars like Ariana Grande and Usher, fans eagerly await Jennie’s next project.

While in LA, netizens shared videos showing that Jennie had been at the popular club Mama Lion in Koreatown. In videos posted online, Jennie looked like she was having the time of her life, dancing with friends and just enjoying the atmosphere.

In another video, it was revealed that Jennie was actually at the club while in LA to celebrate her birthday which is on January 16.

In particular, netizens loved how Jennie went to a club in Koreatown which was obviously playing K-Pop. In particular, in the videos shared, not only was Jennie dancing along to NewJeans’ song “Super Shy,” but the idol unsurprisingly went crazy when BLACKPINK’s own song “DDU-DU DDU-DU” came on.

When the clips were shared online, netizens loved how Jennie was living her best life and enjoying some birthday celebrations out in America.

Jennie recently returned from her trip, and netizens have loved how much more freedom the idol has after leaving YG Entertainment.
