BLACKPINK Jennie’s Response To A Little Girl Wanting A Picture With Her Showcases Her True Personality
BLACKPINK‘s Jennie is officially on her way to Paris Fashion Week, and her Chanel airport fashion has already stolen the show.
Only a year into BLACKPINK’s debut, Jennie was named a Chanel global ambassador in 2017, and it’s a partnership that has introduced the luxury fashion brand to a whole new audience in the global fandom that surrounds K-Pop and BLACKPINK.
Jennie and Chanel have been a perfect match ever since, and although Jennie wears the brand often, she brings new life to each outfit she wears.
Jennie was photographed at Incheon Airport ahead of her flight to France for Paris Fashion Week, looking runway-ready in her sophisticated Chanel outfit.
Jennie wore the designer’s $6,700 USD gray and black wool tweed jacket from the new Fall/Winter 2022/2023 collection.
She paired the look with faux leather leggings, Chanel’s Première $5,500 USD yellow gold watch, and calf-high chunky boots.
Jennie looked incredible and had nothing but smiles for the media and fans waiting to see her at the airport.

One fan complimented Jennie calling her cute, and Jennie’s response was even more adorable as she dipped her head and laughed into her hand.

Photos and videos showed that Jennie was closely guarded by her security team for most of her trip through the airport, but this didn’t stop her from interacting with fans however she could.

A series of fan-taken photos told the adorable story of one of those interactions. In the background of a picture of Jennie walking through the airport, a little girl was seen running toward the BLACKPINK member.
Jennie, who was unaware of the little girl behind her, was already holding fan letters in her hand in the photo.
From a second photo, it seems like the girl caught up with Jennie and was joined by a friend, as seen in a touching picture with the superstar.
Jennie not only took a photo with them but also crouched next to the two girls and held up a peace sign to pose with them.
While Jennie could have allowed her security team to politely decline photos for safety and time restraint reasons, she showed her kind personality by taking the time to make the little girls’ dreams come true at that moment.
