The members are currently focusing on their own projects. Amid the members’ solo activities, netizens have noticed some “solo stans” being toxic, meaning fans who support only one member, by doubting the bond between the members and their willingness to do group activities.

Recently, Jennie appeared on The Zane Lowe Show.

Along with talking about her upcoming solo album, it was inevitable that the conversation went back to BLACKPINK as a group. Jennie admitted that while the members were doing solo activities, the changes in the group might make fans feel confused, but when they’re back together, they want to rebuild that relationship.

She then showcased the true bond of BLACKPINK.

As long as the four of us love each other, I think there is no reason for anyone to see us separatly but maybe in the way, I do think that might have confused the fans. I treat this relationship very delicatly, rebuild the relationship everyone might be confused about.
