BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Reportedly Cast In Star-Studded Movie Featuring Lee Min Ho
BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo has reportedly been cast in the upcoming movie Omniscient Reader (English title for 전지적 독자 시점 ).
On October 24, Ilgan Sports reported that Jisoo is joining a star-studded cast featuring the industry’s top talents, such as Lee Min Ho, Nana, Ahn Hyo Seop, Chae Soo Bin, and Jung Sung Il.
Omniscient Reader is based on the Korean webtoon of the same name and tells the story of a reader who finds himself in the world of the novel he is reading. The webtoon, which was released in 2018, is regarded as one of the most popular webtoons to date.
According to the report, the movie will mark Jisoo’s first role in a major film. The BLACKPINK member will be playing the role of Lee Ji Hae. Ilgan Sports reported that the idol gladly accepted the role due to her being a fan of the original source.
