Boyfriend’s Youngmin and Kwangmin in talks of joining “Real Men – Season 2”

Boyfriends representative twins of K-pop, Young Min and Kwang Min, could potentially be joining the next lineup of MBC’s Real Men – Season 2 with the revelation that the two are in talks with the production team.

The show is said to undergo major changes in the cast line up for season two, with the production crew having released information that Henry, Park Gun Hyung and K.Will are to be leaving the cast. Members Im Hyung Jun, Kim Dong Hyun and BTOB’s Yook Sungjae are also in talks on leaving the show for season two.

The twins, who have already been to casting meetings with the production crew, are expected to bring along much attention from the viewers if they are to be casted, due to their mirror-like visuals and fresh, youthful images. Having recently turned 21, the twins are at the age that most South Korean men are expected to enlist in the army, which brings along even more anticipation of how they would cope with the restrictions and emotional baggage of the military.

Along with the twins, numerous other figures are said to be in consideration for season two’s line-up, including Sam Ochiri and Jung Gyeo Woon being confirmed members.

Real Men is currently gaining much attention for its current female soldiers special, where f(x)’s Amber in particular has been garnering sympathy as she struggles to juggle emotional pressure, physical examinations, and language barriers. The special also features Kim Ji Young, Park Ha Sun, Kang Ye Won, Lee Da Hee, Ahn Young Mi, Apink’s Yoon Bomi, and Lee Ji Ae.
