Bruno Mars Unintentionally Posts A Picture Of A Famous K-Pop Dancer On His Instagram

The dancer herself commented on the post.

On June 17 and 18, Bruno Mars held one of Korea’s most exciting and star-studded concerts.

Bruno Mars proved his status as a “celebrity for celebrities,” as many Korean stars attended—from K-Pop singers like BLACKPINK, BTS, and LE SSERAFIM members to K-Actors like Song Hye Kyo, Park Seo Joon, and Jung Kyung Ho.

Some were so excited they were ready to risk it all for Bruno Mars. For example, Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung could not keep in her excitement as she dressed in all Versace, referencing his song, “Versace on the Floor.”

After two exciting days, Bruno Mars posted an appreciation video thanking Korea for a fun time. The video he posted showed the stadium cheering and having fun and ended with the words, “Thank you, Korea.

Then on June 21, Bruno Mars posted another video—this time, a comedic one showing appreciation to a bodyguard who protected him from a swarm of fans at an afterparty. The video showed a picture of Bruno Mars performing and slowly zoomed in on the face of the bodyguard, who was taking his job seriously.

In his caption, Bruno Mars referred to the bodyguard as his “sweet little guardian angel” and thanked him.

You can hide your wings all you want, but you’re not fooling me, my sweet little guardian angel. Thank you… wherever you are. 🙏🏼🇰🇷♥️

What people noticed right away—aside from the bodyguard—was a familiar face behind him.

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, who seems to be a regular commenter on Bruno Mars’s Instagram, left a comment calling out the familiar face.

@aiki_kr Is that you..?

The familiar face was the famous dancer and K-Pop choreographer Aiki. Aiki is best known for her appearance on the reality dance program Street Woman Fighter, where she showed off her charms and charisma as a dancer and leader of the dance crew HOOK.

In the photo, Aiki appeared to be crying—most likely out of joy at seeing Bruno Mars so close up.

Aiki even commented on the post herself, expressing this was not how she pictured her cameo on Bruno Mars’s Instagram to happen.

I didn’t want to be pinned on oppa‘s feed like this…

She found this situation hilarious and even reposted Bruno Mars’s post on her Instagram story.

@sooyoungchoi That is me…?!

— Aiki

Her facial expression showed how special that moment was for her as a fan. She proved her love for Bruno Mars a few days earlier when she posted about attending the Bruno Mars concert; she dressed up as Bruno Mars, claiming that she wanted to spend a day like him and would “love and support him forever.” She even put on a mini performance outside the stadium in front of everyone waiting to enter the concert.

Not only did Aiki spend a day “as cool as Bruno Mars,” but she made an unintentional cameo on his Instagram!
