BTS Donates Their “Dynamite” MV Outfits To Charity Auction

BTS are selling their stage costumes for the first time.

If you want to add an original BTS outfit to your stan collection, here’s your chance…

…if you have thousands of dollars to spare!

On January 29, BTS’s pastel outfits from “Dynamite” MV will go home with the highest bidder at a charity auction in Beverly Hills, California.

According to Martin Nolan, executive director of Julien’s Auctions, this is the first time BTS has ever put their stage outfits up for sale. The outfits will include all accessories worn for the pastel dance scenes in “Dynamite”, and they will no doubt be one of the hottest items on the list.

Julien’s Auctions, the world-renowned auction house that sold BTS’s microphones last year, expects the “Dynamite” outfits go for at least $20,000 to $40,000 USD. After an extremely competitive bidding war, BTS’s mics sold for $83,200.

Proceeds from the charity auction will be donated to MusiCares, a charity program belonging to the Recording Academy, aka the organizers of the GRAMMY Awards.

According to the official website, MusiCares has provided more than $60 million USD in health, financial, and rehabilitation resources to music people in times of need.

BTS’s “Dynamite” is nominated for “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” at the 2021 GRAMMY Awards.
