The incident has resulted in numerous protests across the entire United States. Some have shown signs of violence by both the protesters and the police, but the majority have been peaceful.

Many other celebrities have also shown various types of support, e.g., monetarily, on social media, through petitions, etc., including musicians Ariana GrandeDrake, and Kanye West, former NBA legend Michael Jordan, Academy Award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. Numerous Korean celebrities have also shown their support, including Jay Park, Kang Daniel, former Super Junior member Henry Lau, and f(x) member Amber.

Throughout their entire career, BTS has worked tirelessly so that people all over the world can learn to love and respect not only themselves but also each other and looks to be continuing to live that value through their support of this movement.
