Here Are All The Juicy Details Of BTS J-Hope’s Night Routine
In a recent “Good Night” Interview with Weverse, BTS‘s J-Hope shared his full bedtime routine. From what he wears to bed to his favorite late night snacks, he revealed it all!
J-Hope is always on time, so in order to make his mornings more efficient, he has a nighttime hack that can speed up the process of leaving your house in the morning.
Before I go to bed I tend to plan out what I’m going to wear tomorrow. If I think about it the next morning, it takes too much time.
After picking out his clothes, he goes to the bathroom, drinks a refreshing glass of water, checks what time he has to wake up tomorrow, and heads off to sleep. He revealed he doesn’t need to set an alarm because his body remembers and wakes up him at the right time.
J-Hope doesn’t lay awake for long — It takes him only a few minutes to fall asleep!
It doesn’t take me too long to fall asleep. I scroll on my phone and when I feel sleepy I put it down and fall asleep within the next 3 to 5 minutes. Just like that!
Before bed, he thinks about what he’s been up to lately, such as a song he’s working on or something he’s interested in recently.
His secrets for a relaxing sleep? A foot massage and a bath will do the trick!
He might not have a cuddle doll, but he has something else instead!
I wouldn’t call it a cuddle doll, but I always use the same body pillow. I sleep with a body pillow.
J-Hope revealed he tends to get hot while he sleeps, so less clothing is preferred.
I don’t really like wearing anything uncomfortable. So I try to wear something that’s as least cumbersome as possible. These days I wear shorts and I tend to sleep shirtless.
It depends on how I’m feeling that day. If I feel a cold coming and I feel like I have to keep my body warm, I’d wear a light T-shirt. But usually, I tend to sleep shirtless.
Though he tries to sleep on his back, he lets himself “move freely throughout the night.”
Known for smelling good, J-Hope likes different kinds of scents in his house.
I used to like the scent of pine. I like woody pine scents so I had a lot of those around the house but lately I’ve been into sweeter scents. Something sweet but not too sweet. That’s the scent I use for my bedroom.
His go-to late night snacks include anything with carbs, like bread and noodles!
