While both of them held historically long records for charting on Artists 100, Jimin broke the tie after holding a spot on the chart for 34 total weeks. Currently, he is in the 62nd place.

Jimin’s 2024 release, MUSE, played a significant part in earning him this achievement. It is also the longest-charting K-Pop solo album currently on the Billboard 200 chart. Recently, the album spent its 27th week on the chart. On the Billboard World Album Charts, MUSE re-peaked at the top spot in its 27th week of release.

His standout title track, “WHO,” has also bagged a rare achievement by becoming the longest-charting song by a K-Pop soloist in this decade and the third longest charting by a K-Pop soloist ever on Billboard Hot 100. It is currently occupying the 25th position on the chart.

While these achievements are already impressive on their own, the success of Jimin’s latest album becomes even more astounding when weighing in the fact that he did it all while enlisted in the military for his mandatory service!
