BTS Just Rekindled ARMY’s Debate About Jimin’s “Nevermind” Tattoo

BTS talked about getting tattoos, in a new interview.

The “real or not” debate about Jimin‘s tattoo has just started all over again, thanks to BTS!

When fans first spotted the word “Nevermind” on Jimin’s torso, many thought it was a temporary tattoo referencing Jimin’s legendary, tattooed performance at 2014 MAMA.

As more and more time passed though, fans became convinced that the tattoo wasn’t temporary. From 2018 to 2019, it has been spotted at BTS’s live shows, most noticeably during Jimin’s solo “Serendipity”.

Is the tattoo really real? According to a new BTS interview, the answer is, surprisingly, “no”. On April 12, BTS popped by SiriusXM for a radio interview, where they answered questions about their new album, MAP OF THE SOUL: Persona, and more.

At one point, the hosts mentioned Halsey‘s tattoos and asked BTS if any of the members had gotten inked yet. BTS said they did not have any tattoos. “Not yet,” RM added, laughing. “Recommend me one.

ARMYs, however, are wondering if Jimin has been “caught in a lie”, as the song goes.

For now, it looks like the mystery of Jimin’s “Nevermind” tattoo is still unsolved!
