BTS Jimin Receives Special Gift From Fans For His Birthday

BTS’ Jimin has received the most number of votes on a birthday event held by K-POP Starpic and won a special gift for his birthday!

K-POP Starpic held a survey from September 1st to September 26th to choose an idol with a birthday in October and present a subway advertisement as a gift.

With approximately 6,000 survey participants, candidates for this prize included SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan, GFRIEND’s Yuju, NCT’s Yuta and EXO’s Lay. Jimin, however, won the poll with a whopping 45% vote.

As a result, Jimin was awarded a subway advertisement congratulating his birthday, which is on October 13, 1995. The advertisement will be up for the month of October at the Gangnam-gu Office Station on Subway Line 7.

A manager of the K-POP Starpic app made a comment about BTS’ popularity:

“Last month, BTS’ Jungkook took 1st place. This month was Jimin. These results give us a peek into the global popularity of BTS.” ㅡ K-POP Starpic Manager

Meanwhile, Jimin has been suffering from neck and back muscle strains and as a result, will not be able to attend BTS’ appearance on The Graham Norton Show.
