BTS’s Jimin Has Recovered From COVID-19 And Has Been Discharged

Hooray!

It was previously announced that BTS’s Jimin had been hospitalised for both COVID-19. On January 31, BIGHIT MUSIC announced on Weverse that he tested positive for COVID-19.

The statement explained that Jimin experienced sudden abdominal pain, along with a mild sore throat, on January 30 in the afternoon. After noticing his symptoms, Jimin visited a hospital emergency room for a thorough examination. After the examination, Jimin was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and was tested positive for COVID-19.

As of January 5, 2022, he has made a full recovery from the virus. He was swiftly discharged from the hospital that afternoon after a negative PCR test. The company uploaded an announcement to Weverse to share the good news with fans.

What great news for ARMY! With Jimin back home and resting up, it’s only a matter of time before he is ready to reunite with the other boys again. Wishing him a speedy recovery and much rest!
