BTS‘s Jin announced his upcoming solo project during the group’s “Yet to Come” in Busan concert.

BIGHIT MUSIC officially confirmed via Weverse that Jin would release his first official solo single, “The Astronaut,” on October 28, 2022. Additionally, a logo trailer featuring a lone astronaut traveling through space and a comeback schedule have been released.

Pre-orders for “The Astronaut” single physical albums began today, October 19. The two versions each come with lots of inclusions.

Now, BIGHIT MUSIC has unveiled the official poster for “The Astronaut.” It features the logo title of the single and “Co-written by Jin of BTS & Coldplay” in large letters underneath overtop a galaxy of stars and rings.
