BTS Suga‘s Suchwita is back with a special episode for the group’s 2023 FESTA, celebrating the group’s 10th anniversary.

ARMYs loved watching the three members interact and reminisce about some of their most memorable moments over the last decade.

While ARMYs enjoyed watching the video, and the three members enjoyed filming together, it almost didn’t happen, and Jin explains why.

Jin filmed with Suga four days before he officially enlisted in the military. He shared that leading up to his enlistment, he had been playing video games and meeting up with his friends and family.

Despite his rush to spend quality time with his loved ones before enlisting, he fulfilled Suga’s wish to appear on the show.

Suga shared that out of all of his guests, Jin was surprisingly the hardest to get on his show and revealed that when staff members called BTS’s oldest member to invite him to appear, he “immediately” declined.

The staff members suggested Suga give his hyung a personal call, but Suga jokingly exposed Jin by sharing that his call was left unanswered.

Jin hilariously defended himself, saying that he had his phone on silent at the time.

Suga heard Jin had changed his mind the next day, and Jin revealed why he had a sudden change of heart.

According to Jin, he talked to his fellow members, and they all encouraged him to appear on Suchwita. When Jin countered that his schedule was too busy, the members assured him that ARMYs would love seeing him on the show while he was in the military.

Hearing that his appearance would mean a lot to ARMYs was all it took for Jin to change his mind, leading to this special episode’s release just in time for BTS’s 10th anniversary!

During his Suchwita appearance, Jin also opened up about why he revealed to fans that the group had considered disbandment during his 2018 MAMA Awards speech. Check out more on that in the article below!
