They finally understand the hype!

BTS‘s Jungkook is turning locals into K-Pop fans!

Many K-Pop fans can credit BTS for introducing them to the diverse genre that is K-Pop. Now, Jungkook is the gateway for many.

BTS’s Jungkook

Recently, Jungkook released his solo debut album, GOLDEN, featuring Western artists, such as Jack Harlow, Latto, DJ Snake, and Major Lazer. He’s also recently collaborated with Justin Timberlake for a remix of “3D,” and an Usher remix of “Standing Next to You” is on its way.

Jungkook impressed with singing entirely in English, and he’s taken inspiration from other iconic pop stars, such as Michael Jackson. So, many people who would not usually listen to K-Pop have been introduced to Jungkook recently and fell in love.

Kaeli Dance went viral with 2.7M views at the time of writing, announcing she had been “seduced” by Jungkook, playing “3D.” Since then, she has begun documenting her “Discovering K-pop” journey with a playlist of videos on TikTok.

Kaeli has fallen down the K-Pop rabbit hole as she has not only become ARMY but also begun listening to other groups, such as Stray Kids.

Likewise, Keni | POV posted a video that has garnered 61.5K views at the time of writing, watching Jungkook’s “Standing Next to You” MV,” saying she’s Jungkook’s “newest stan.” She confessed, “I see exactly why these girls be losing their minds over these K-Pop bands.”

Of course, ARMYs had to break the news to both that Jungkook is soon enlisting, and it’s safe to say they’re taking it hard.

Hey, at least they’ll have over a year to catch up on BTS content!
