BTS’s Jungkook Spills His Night Routine — What He Wears To Bed, Late Night Snacks, And More

This is what he thinks about before he falls asleep!

BTS‘s Jungkook recently spilled all the juicy details about his favorite nighttime habits. From the best late night snacks to his bedtime clothes of choice, he revealed everything!

Like many people, Jungkook shared that he has certain habits that make him feel sleepy right before going to bed.

I don’t fall asleep right away. I listen to music or watch a video and when I feel sleepy, when my eyes start to close, I try to fall asleep.

He revealed it can take him anywhere from what feels like 30 seconds to 3~4 hours to fall asleep. When he stays awake for a long time, he starts thinking about his day.

I think about what happened that day and my thoughts start branching out from there. For example, if I wasn’t happy with how I did at the concert, I think about that until another topic comes to mind. Then I think about that topic, and another, and another until I end up not being able to sleep.

He prefers to wear comfortable clothes to bed instead of pajamas. He also sleeps on his back but “breaks out of it as soon as he falls asleeep” and wakes up on his stomach, like when he was younger.

I don’t have a cuddle doll anymore. When I was a kid, I was a lot smaller than I am now and I had a pillow as big as my body. I used to hug it to sleep when I was younger. Nowadays, if I have something like that, I’d kick it in my sleep, so I don’t tend to put anything next to me in bed. I tend to toss and turn in my sleep.
