For his highly anticipated solo debut, he enlisted the talents of star actress Han So Hee for the entertaining and cinematic music video and American rapper Latto to feature on the track and in the music video.

Recently, Jungkook filmed a fun interview with K-Pop ON! Spotify to answer ARMYs’ burning questions about “Seven.”

Jungkook randomly selected questions for the interview and answered them while playing in a ball pit.

Jungkook opened up about the creative process behind his solo music. When asked if he works on the melody or lyrics first, he honestly answered that he composes the melody first and “doesn’t write lyrics much.”

He hilariously shared that he views the world “realistically,” so he has no problem working with other artists when it comes to lyrics.

Jungkook’s answer to one ARMY’s question immediately caught fans’ attention. When the BTS maknae was asked about musical genres or styles he wanted to explore in the future, and shared that he feels he’s currently challenging himself.

I think I’m already challenging myself now because I want to do different kinds of music.

As for the genre he wants to try? Jungkook shared he wants to rap later on.

In earlier BTS releases, Jungkook not only provided his smooth vocals, but he also impressively showcased his rapping skills. His rapping can be heard in the songs “Attack on Bangtan,” “We Are Bulletproof: Pt 2,” “No More Dream,” and “N.O.,” to name a few.

Ever since ARMYs have hoped for the return of “rapper Jungkook,” and his hint that he would be rapping in the future elicited excited reactions on social media.

ARMYs are hoping for a “rapper Jungkook” appearance on his upcoming solo album!
