While the fight for debut is seen as the biggest struggle of a trainee’s career, Jungkook revealed that the period soon after their debut was even more difficult.

Jimin and RM shared the pressure they felt to be even better and constantly feeling like they weren’t good enough.

In the beginning, many people didn’t know who BTS was and doubted their ability to succeed.

Despite all of this, they fought hard. They didn’t have an end goal in mind and didn’t know what the future would entail; They simply did their best.

Behind-the-scenes footage shows their struggles they went through, dealing both physical and mental exhaustion.

However, the hardships didn’t end there. Well into their career, they were on the verge of giving up. Previously, in their 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards speech, BTS had revealed they had thought of disbanding earlier that year.

In the end, the members’ relationships and family bond with each other helped them stick together and continue on.

J-Hope shares that these hard times allowed the team to grow stronger and become who they are today.
