Suga kicked off his solo tour, SUGA | Agust D “D-DAY” Tour, on April 26 in Belmont, New York. According to the initial schedule, the tour was supposed to be concluded in Seoul, South Korea, on June 25. But fans couldn’t be happier when the rapper announced he would be adding three more dates during the supposed final show at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium.

Suga’s tour will conclude with the Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE FINAL show at the KSPO Dome from August 4 to August 6, KST. While fans are excited at the possibility of a new setlist and more surprises, it looks like the BTS member and his team also prioritized ARMYs’ wellbeing while planning for the event.

Currently, South Korea is dealing with extreme heat waves, and the maximum temperature has been rising around 35 degrees Celsius. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the daytime temperature from August 4 to August 6 is expected to rise to 32-35 degrees Celsius.

Judging by the previous concerts of the Agust D tour, it is highly probable that ARMYs wait in line in front of the concert hall before the show. Additionally, BTS concerts are known for requiring a thorough identity examination process of the ticketholders before they are allowed to enter. So, the overall time fans might end up spending out in the heat wave could be prolonged and dangerous for their health. It could also harm the staff members who usually do the ID verification in small booths outside the venue.

To ensure the safety of the concert-goers and the staff, Suga’s team has reportedly rented the SK Olympic Handball Stadium, located right next to the concert venue. The stadium will be used as the identity verification booth.

While fans are relieved at this news, netizens were impressed that Suga and his team were able to think so far ahead and called it a “true flex” on the rapper’s part.

This is, however, not the first time BTS have pulled a flex like this while showing their consideration for fans. In 2019, when the group performed in Singapore during their first stadium tour, they had booked an arena for ARMYs to use as a waiting room before the main show.

Whether as a group or as solo artists, BTS never compromise when it comes to their fans!
