On September 11 (KST), V surprised fans with a live broadcast.

During the broadcast, V decided to do a “BTS Song World Cup” where he chose between the group’s songs by pitting two against each other in each round in a bracket style format.

The winner was the iconic track “Save Me.”

Yet, it sparked unexpected “controversy and “rage baiting” because, considering that all of BTS’s songs are great, some of V’s choices weren’t to everyone’s taste. In particular, some fans even joked that the idol shouldn’t be allowed to make decisions regarding the group’s set list for upcoming tours because of the choices.

Some took the opposite route and wondered if V was trying to make hints about a possible setlist.

It really shows how good BTS’s songs are when every one of them is a certified hit.
