BTS‘s V recently made headlines after his brand new tattoo was revealed during the group’s concert.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted it when V’s shirt lifted up. The tattoo appeared to be an ode to an artwork titled “If I Were King” that V has posted in the past, along with the poem connected to it.
The tattoo is definitely this. I remember taehyung posted this picture that day he and hobi went to the tattoo parlour.

During the Weverse broadcast, V and J-Hope confirmed that the marking is indeed a new tattoo.
In the comment section, a fan asked V to show the tattoo, and V playfully put all the blame on Jimin. He said the tattoo was revealed because Jimin rolled up his shirt. Jimin apologized, but V said it was all good; he’d posted it on Instagram himself, but at the time, he said, nobody seemed to realize it was a tattoo.
