Here's Why BTS V's Fashion Style Has Suddenly Changed

Often referred to as a global fashion icon, V discusses his favorite styles and trends in his recent interview with Vogue Korea. Previously, he was known for his crisp and classic look. In this style, V would typically be dressed up in suits and other formal attire even when at the airport.

Even in the past, V always rocked a classic style often inspired by European trends.

However, all that has changed recently. V shared that his recent priorities are all about comfort.

Nowadays, though, I try to look as comfortable and as “me” as possible by going for something much simpler and more casual.

Still looking stylish, V focuses more on how he feels instead of how he appears.

He shared that despite this change, he still enjoys styling himself when he’s not in a photoshoot or doing a schedule where there’s a predetermined concept.

It’s not that I don’t enjoy getting dressed up and styling myself. Every photo shoot comes with a definite concept or theme and I can just follow it there.

In everyday life, though, I need to know who I am as Kim Taehyung, as a regular person. It’s hard for me to think ahead about what to wear and how to present myself tomorrow. So I try to wear what best expresses who I am as a person every day, or how I feel each day.
