"I Almost Swore" — BTS's V Gives His Unfiltered Reaction To Jungkook's "3D"

In his latest Weverse live, BTS‘s V shared his reaction to Jungkook‘s newest single, “3D.”

“3D” is Jungkook’s second solo single after “Seven,” and the two songs have a similar bold and sensual theme. But the songs are essentially two very different genres, and it’s evident that the BTS maknae has pushed his boundaries as an artist for both.

When the song was released, Jungkook bashfully mentioned during his interview that RM and Suga had called him “a true popstar” after listening to “3D.”

‘Suga, and RM,’ he says. I ask what they thought of the song, and he melts into the table, burying his face in his arms in theatrical, melodramatic anguish. ‘They said I’m a true pop star,’ he groans.

Now, V has given fans his honest opinion about the song as well. As the youngest two members of BTS, Jungkook and V have always shared a close friendship, and even during their solo promotions, they never failed to show support for each other. When Jungkook released “Seven,” V showed up at his music show performances and even joined him on stage briefly. During his own solo promotions, he mentioned Jungkook’s solo song as his favorite track as well.

Jungkook, on the other hand, has shown love to V’s solo album, Layover, in his own way. During one of his Stationhead streaming sessions, he gave a shoutout to “Slow Dancing” as his favorite track from the album. He also played this song during his livestream on October 4, and fans were quick to notice that he had the entire choreography memorized!

During his surprise livestream on October 5(KST), V started talking about “3D” with fans pretty excitedly. But while expressing his opinion on the song, he ended up taking a long pause before saying, “I almost swore.” He then explained that he found the song so cool he almost blurted out expletives to fully express his feelings.

Previously, he had mentioned “Seven” to be his favorite track these days, but now V has updated his choice with “3D!”
