Controversial Star Urges Missing Baby Daddy To Show Himself
Heart Signal 3 cast member and single mother Seo Eun Woo (formerly known as Seo Min Jae) has spoken out for the first time since giving birth.

On the 18th, OSEN exclusively obtained a statement from the law firm representing Seo Eun Woo, urging A, the biological father of her child, to communicate regarding the child’s birth and upbringing.
The law firm said, “First, we deeply apologize for causing concern to many people due to this matter arising from personal relationships. Currently, Seo Eun Woo’s single wish is for A to take responsible actions as the child’s father and engage in sincere dialogue and cooperation.”
They went on to explain, “Seo Eun Woo recently gave birth and is currently struggling to raise the child alone in a welfare facility, having not yet fully recovered physically. No concrete discussions or agreements regarding the child’s birth or upbringing have taken place with A to date. In this situation, Seo Eun Woo hopes that minimal communication and consultation with A regarding the child’s birth and care will occur.”
Last May, Seo Eun Woo sparked controversy by revealing her premarital pregnancy and disclosing the identity, including the face, name, and university, of A, the child’s father and her former partner. Subsequently, A’s side filed complaints against Seo Eun Woo for stalking, confinement and assault, and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act. Both parties are currently engaged in legal disputes.
In December last year, Seo Eun Woo announced she had given birth to her son alone and continues to raise him without communication with the child’s father.
Regarding this, Seo Eun Woo’s side stated, “Currently, A is pursuing civil and criminal legal measures against Seo Eun Woo, and ongoing procedures are underway. Recently, Seo Eun Woo also faced an unfounded accusation that hospital documents she submitted were forged; however, her legal team has reaffirmed that the documents are not forged.”
They added, “Seo Eun Woo has not filed any separate criminal complaints or damages claims against the other party and has only initiated a recognition lawsuit in order to protect the child’s rights.”
They lamented, “Seo Eun Woo has consistently requested basic dialogue and agreement concerning the child’s birth and care, but no concrete discussions or agreements have yet been made.”
Furthermore, they noted, “Seo Eun Woo’s family conveyed the child’s birth to the other party, but no actual negotiations have followed. After a child’s birth, communication and cooperation between parents are vital for the child’s welfare and rights. Seo Eun Woo hopes for sincere dialogue between both parties strictly for the child’s sake, rather than escalating legal battles or court exchanges.”
Finally, Seo Eun Woo’s representatives concluded, “Seo Eun Woo sincerely hopes for amicable discussions with the child’s father so that the child will not suffer unnecessary wounds related to their birth in the future. The door for dialogue remains open at all times. We expect genuine conversations that prioritize the child’s welfare and rights.”
