Controversial YouTuber Kim Yong Ho Found Dead In Busan Hotel

YouTuber Kim Yong Ho was found in a hotel room at Haeundae, Busan, on October 12, 2023. They found that he had taken his own life there. The police are currently investigating the details of his death.

In July 2019, he sexually harassed an adult entertainment establishment worker while drinking at a barbecue restaurant. He was taken in for investigations in September 2023. Prior to that, he had retired from his YouTube account, Kim Yong Ho Entertainment Manager, back in 2021, where he claimed to regret going head to head with multiple celebrities after becoming “addicted to exposés.” He had famously been the one to expose actress Han Ye Seul and her boyfriend’s alleged past as a host bar worker, resulting in the star suing him.

Kim Yong Ho previously admitted to charges of sexual harassment the day before, on October 11, 2023. He had been charged with various crimes, including threatening and accepting bribes from various celebrities and agencies, including cash of $150,000 USD and luxury bags. Kim Yong Ho claimed to have returned the cash but kept other items such as the bag. He had been sentenced to imprisonment of 8 years and a suspended sentence of 2 years.
