Diplo’s New Post About BTS Sparks A Heated Debate Involving BLACKPINK

Recently, the track listing for BTS’s upcoming album, Arirang, was revealed.

The tracklist, along with song titles and their lengths, also lists the album’s contributors, including some big names. One of whom is popular producer Diplo, who has worked with huge artists including Britney Spears, Madonna, and Shakira through the years.

Diplo worked on five different tracks for the album, something he mentioned in a recent post on X. The producer asked ARMY to “be nice,” sharing a photo with Jungkook and RM.

Many fans reacted with interest to the post, with some even expressing excitement over the unreleased songs.

However, these reactions have also sparked a debate involving BLACKPINK, specifically Jennie.

 

Diplo was previously accused of distributing revenge p*rn, and was entangled in a lawsuit regarding the same as recently as in 2024. As a result, his participation in Jennie’s Ruby album was met with harsh criticism, which turned into some shaming of Jennie, including sexist accusations towards the idol.
