In the photos, he is seen posing with his younger brother Park Yoohwan, as they enjoy Korean dishes. He is also seen walking outside with a mask on.

Park Yoochun, who debuted in 2003, left SM in 2010 after raising issues with his exclusive contract. However, although he formed JYJ with Kim Jaejoong and Kim Junsu, he was later embroiled in drug allegations in 2019.

At that time, he stated that he would retire if he did drugs. However, his tests came back positive, and he was arrested and sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for two years. Following this, he halted his domestic activities and continued his career overseas in Japan and Thailand.
Netizens were shocked at his appearance and felt he didn’t look his age.

- “Did he quit drugs? I heard it’s hard to stop.”
- “He looks like a Japanese grandpa that’s trying to act young.”
- “I can’t recognize him…he suddenly looks so old..I can’t tell it’s him.”
- “He doesn’t look his age…”
- “Even though you lose more hair as you get older, he is still bleaching his hair…”
- “Five years since returning to Korea? So he was overseas all this time? What’s his nationality?”
