On July 15, the fandom released a statement regarding the matter.

Even after the previous statement demanding operational improvements from his agency and the truck protest, their indifferent response to the cancellation of the Bangkok concert has continued, so we are extending the protest.

The fandom expressed strong dissatisfaction with the agency’s response. According to the fandom, the postponement notice was posted on the AEG ASIA account on July 7 but was later deleted. The agency then announced the cancellation on July 10 without any statement except “unavoidable reasons.”

The fandom claims that the announcement, made 20 days before the concert, did not provide any reasonable explanation or apology, leading to the spread of speculation online.

They also criticized the agency for focusing on external responses rather than communicating with fans.

In particular, they criticized the timing of the cancellation, as they could have given minimal notice in advance, as many fans preparing for the concert suffered financial losses from booking flights and accommodations.
