Former NU’EST’s Kim Jong Hyun Will Officially Enlist In The Military Soon 

Singer and actor Kim Jong Hyun — aged 29 years old — will enlist in the military.

According to a report from News1 on August 18, Kim will be enlisting in the military this September.

He is expected to join the training camp and undergo basic military training for a certain period. he will later serve as an active-duty solider in the Army.

Kim Jonghyun first stepped into the spotlight in 2012 as part of NU’EST. The group gained popularity with a string of hit songs, including “Face,” “Hello,” “Love Paint,” “Love Me,” and “I’m in Trouble.” He also gained further recognition through his involvement in the unit NU’EST W.

After NU’EST disbanded in 2022, Kim launched his solo career in October of the same year. He released tracks across various genres, such as “Lights,” “Motto,” and “Star,” which showcased his musical versatility.

In addition to his singing career, Kim Jong Hyun has also made a name for himself as an actor. He made his acting debut in the 2021 drama Let Me Be Your Knight and has since appeared in various projects, including Start With a Kiss, Sound Candy, and My Friend’s Graduation, earning positive feedback from viewers.
