Dating rumors between G-Dragon and TWICE‘s Sana have once again become a hot topic following the BIGBANG star’s recent guest appearance on her show.
Earlier in May, speculation surrounding the two stars first caught attention when G-Dragon attended one of Coldplay’s Seoul concerts. TWICE, who had just released a special collaboration with the British band titled “We Pray,” performed as a guest at several of the shows.

During the concert he attended, G-Dragon uploaded an Instagram story showing a short clip from the event and tagged Sana alongside a shocked face emoji. The story was quickly deleted, but not before sparking a wave of dating rumors across social media and Koreanmedia outlets.
While the post may have seemed harmless, it quickly led to heated debates and even criticism from some netizens who questioned G-Dragon’s intentions.

Recently, it was revealed that G-Dragon will be appearing as a guest on Fridge Interview, a YouTube talk show hosted by TWICE’s Sana and fellow celebrity Dex.

The announcement led fans to speculate that the Instagram tag may have simply been related to filming for the show rather than anything romantic. A post on the Korean forum Pann, which has since gone viral with over 50,000 views, questioned the backlash: “So GD had a connection with Sana from way back, huh? Why did he get hate for this again… lol.”
In the comments, netizens largely agreed with the original post, while others shared their excitement for the new episode full of stars.
