Taeyeon: I’m curious about something! Would you like it better if I were the type to go out and do a lot of things? Someone who does everything and enjoys life? Or would you rather have me be a homebody who just hangs out at home, with little going on in their daily life? Which one suits me more?

Fan: Unni, why did you start having this kind of worry?
Taeyeon: I’ve lived a life that’s always on display to others, so I realized that I don’t know what I want or what I want to do. It feels like I don’t even know myself. Since I was young, there were so many things I wasn’t allowed to do, and I was brainwashed into thinking I shouldn’t do certain things. I tried hard not to disappoint people, not get scolded, and do well. Time just flew, so I started thinking a lot.
I don’t regret the life I’ve lived. It’s just that time keeps passing, and people change and leave, but it feels like I’m stuck living the same way. I’ve been feeling a need for new experiences, so that’s been my dilemma lately.
