Girls’ Generation’s YoonA Showcases Unexpected Friendship With Son Ye Jin
Girls’ Generation member and actress YoonA is making headlines after showing up to support actress Son Ye Jin in her upcoming project.
On April 29, KST, Son Ye Jin took to her personal Instagram to thank YoonA for her sweet gesture. In her story, Son posted a photo of a coffee truck sent to the set of the drama she is currently filming and in the caption, wrote, “Thank you, YoonA.”
The coffee truck was embellished with multiple pictures of Son Ye Jin and some banners with sweet messages. The banner on top read, “How charming is Ye Jin unnie’s Lady Jo going to be?” and it was signed off with YoonA’s name. The one at the bottom said, “To all the actors and staff members of the drama ‘Scandal,’ have some refreshing drinks and stay strong during filming.”
The unexpectedly close friendship of YoonA and Son Ye Jin has yet again proven how accurate Son’s reputation is as a “Yoona collector.” Apart from the Girls’ Generation member, she also shares a close bond with actresses Song Yoon Ah and Oh Yoon Ah.
Meanwhile, Son Ye Jin is set to portray Lady Jo in the upcoming Netflix series Scandal (tentative title). She will share the screen with Ji Chang Wook, who plays the male lead, Jo Won. Nana is also part of this cast and will play a significant role as Hee Yeon in the show.
