Actress Goo Hye Sun Shares Her Tip For Losing 14kg And Personally Gives Advice To Students Seeking To Lose Weight
Actress Goo Hye Sun has been on the rise since her divorce with actor Ahn Jae Hyun was finalized. From losing 14kg to signing with a new agency, even shooting a recent pictorial with Tenstar Magazine, she has been glowing.
Ever since news about her 14kg weight loss broke out, fans have been clamouring to know her secret. Although she looked beautiful before and after, many still wanted to know what she did to manage herself strictly. Perhaps it was as many were asking after her tips, that she took to her personal Instagram to post some advice.
She shared, via a post on 19th of August, that her secret tip was to substitute late night snacks with a simple lollipop instead.
My diet secret is Chupa-chups♥ When you are craving a late night snack, just eat a Chupa-chups and try to fall asleep. You will have a sweet sleep. Chupa-chups is 45 kcal but a late night snack is 800kcal, so I think that the former is a better option.
