i-dle’s Minnie Reveals Her Future Plans For Marriage And Babies
i-dle (formerly known as (G)I-DLE) member Minnie recently talked about her future aspirations for a family in a heartfelt interview.
On June 4, KST, Minnie appeared as a guest on YONGTAROT, hosted by comedian Lee Yong Jin. The show’s format involves the host doing tarot readings for his guests.
During the episode, Minnie asked Lee, “I wonder if I’ll be able to get married,” and pulled out a tarot card to find out her fortune. The host interpreted the cards and said she might meet a great person and have a good time with them, but not want to get married when the moment comes.
Lee then asked Minnie about her ideal type of partner, to which she responded that she wanted a family man.

She then added a rather unexpected criterion: Her ideal person should also be a big eater. “I want to go to all the best restaurants together,” she explained.
The idol also talked about her love for babies, admitting that she wanted one herself. Minnie explained that since she was the youngest in her family, she had always wanted a younger sibling since she was a child. She had hoped that her elder brothers would get married and have children, but they were still unmarried. “It would be nice if I had nieces or nephews, but since I still don’t have them,” she added, expressing her disappointment.
Minnie then asked Lee if she had it on the cards to live till 100 years old. “I really want to live to 100. If I have children, I want to see the baby of my baby’s baby’s baby,” she said, making the room break into laughter. The host looked at her cards and replied that she would live a very contented life, even if she didn’t make it to 100.
