K-Pop girl group ITZY’s Yeji has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 following Lia’s positive result. JYP Entertainment revealed that she conducted another PCR test after receiving an undecided result the day before. Below is the official statement.
Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. We are here to inform you that ITZY’s Yeji received a positive COVID-19 test on the morning of February 14. Previously, she received an undecided result during a PCR test on February 12 and retested on February 13, resulting in a positive test on February 14. Yeji has completed two doses of the vaccine and is currently receiving at home treatment and experiencing only a mild fever.
On the other hand, member Yuna has received a negative result and has completed two doses of the vaccine. She is currently self-isolating in accordance with the guidelines of the quarantine authorities. We will do our best to help with treatment and recovery as we put our artists as our top priority.
