IVE member Wonyoung is no stranger to internet virality. However, in an unexpected turn of events, the idol has taken over social media not because of her stunning face but for geeking out over Anime on camera.

During a recent fan sign event in Tokyo, Wonyoung was posing for her fansites when she decided to start hitting key poses from Jujutsu Kaisen, a popular Japanese anime.

The particular poses used by Wonyoung are all gestures used by sorcerer Gojo Satoru to cast his trademark spells. However, instead of simply posing, she also created “self-made effects” by throwing her hair up in the air, making it appear as if her hair was flying by the force magic, just like it does in the animated depictions.

Seeing this rare, unfiltered side of Wonyoung has left her fans thoroughly amused, with many endearingly labeling her an “Otaku” or a “Weeb.”
