IZ*ONE’s Albums To No Longer Be Produced By Pledis Entertainment CEO Han Sung Soo

He has stepped down as their producer.

On March 9, Pledis Entertainment‘s CEO Han Sung Soo announced on Instagram that he will no longer be in charge of IZ*ONE‘s album production after April 2020.

Below is his full message.

Hello.

This is Han Sung Soo, president of Pledis Entertainment and producer of IZ*ONE.

My production of IZ*ONE albums, three since their debut, will conclude on April 2020.

I remember the training of the members who had just become a team like it was yesterday, and already the time I committed to them has ended.

I produced three albums, from their debut mini album and their second mini album to their first full-length album. As a producer, I felt great joy watching IZ*ONE grow up and seeing the moments when WIZ*ONE felt happiness in their daily lives because of IZ*ONE. Through these albums, IZ*ONE has become a wonderful group that is full of potential, and I hope that WIZ*ONE has had a festive time. Thank you to IZ*ONE and WIZ*ONE for leaving me with good memories.

IZ*ONE has now become a great team that extends all over the world, and WIZ*ONE is the force that has brought IZ*ONE to this position. I would like to be more faithful to the role of Pledis Entertainment’s CEO. We will do our best to convey the talents and possibilities of our groups to their fans. And I’ll be happy to watch IZ*ONE and WIZ*ONE reach higher places together. I will always support IZ*ONE’s progress toward a wider world.
