“Sent Nudes And Threatened To Call ICE” — Jeremy Renner Accused Of Misconduct By Popular Director
Marvel actor Jeremy Renner is facing serious allegations from Chinese filmmaker Yi Zhou, who claims he sent her explicit photos and later threatened her when their relationship turned sour.

Zhou detailed her accusations in a series of Instagram posts that quickly gained attention across social media.

According to Zhou, the alleged incidents began in June 2025, when Renner “out of the blue” sent her several nude photos through direct messages and WhatsApp. She said the actor expressed romantic interest and convinced her of his sincerity, leading her to believe they were pursuing a genuine relationship.
Zhou added that Renner later agreed in writing to appear in her projects, including Chronicles of Disney and Stardust Future Movie, through her production company, Into The Sun Films.
However, she claimed that following the release of the projects, Renner failed to promote them and instead allowed false rumors to spread online — including claims that the documentary used AI to recreate his likeness. Zhou alleged that when she confronted him about his behavior and past misconduct, Renner “threatened to call immigration/ICE” on her, describing the incident as “deeply shocking and frightening.”
In her statement, Zhou wrote, “No woman, filmmaker, or creative should have to work under such emotional and psychological pressure.” She said she chose to finish the project despite feeling unsafe, sharing screenshots and messages as alleged evidence.
Meanwhile, Renner’s representative denied the claims in a statement to Page Six, calling the allegations “totally inaccurate and untrue.”
