“Jobless” Active Idols Under “Big 4” Agency Spark Major Anger

Fans are confused and angry.

Being an idol usually means your day is jam-packed with schedules, to the point that exhaustion can sometimes be an issue. More often than not, fans are left begging for a slowdown in schedules, fearful for their idols health.

However, an idol groups schedule has had the opposite effect on fans, sparking anger.

In 2019, SM Entertainment announced the debut of a new NCT subunit, WayV.

WayV have been active since, most recently releasing a special winter album titled Eternal White in December 2025.

However, fans recently noticed that the group’s schedule currently does not have any announced schedules for the next three months.

WayV previously were on an extended hiatus following COVID-19 lockdowns and former member Lucas’ scandal, where they did not have official group activities for several months. At this time, there are no scandals surrounding the group members, and seemingly nothing preventing them from promoting.

Fans pointing this out have expressed anger at SM Entertainment, questioning what is going on to make this happen.

If this were my work schedule, I’d be grinning from ear to ear, but is it really okay for a celebrity’s schedule to look like this? It’s honestly terrifying.
