K-Drama Star Admits To Gifting Luxurious Bag To Fellow Celebrity

Former basketball player Seo Jang Hoon has been making headlines for calling comedian Jang Do Yeon late at night. During an episode of JTBC’s Knowing Bros, where Jang Do Yeon openly revealed the incident, leaving everyone stunned.

“Last week, I was filming another program and it was around midnight. Suddenly, I got a text: ‘It’s me, Jang Hoon oppa. Can you call me when you’re free?’ I didn’t even have his number, and we’d never been in touch before.”

She explained that she thought it must be urgent.

“So I asked, ‘Oppa, is something wrong? I’m in the middle of filming—can’t we just text?’ But he insisted, ‘No, I just need a quick call.’ I couldn’t figure out why he wanted to call so badly.”

After the shoot ended, Jang called him back and asked what was going on. Seo simply explained, “My friend runs a bag business, and since you’re appearing on ‘Knowing Bros’, I wanted to get you one.”

To prove it, Jang showed up on set carrying the bag Seo had given her. Seo clarified that it wasn’t personal, just that a close friend was in the business and he thought it would be nice to give her a gift.

Seo is a well-known celebrity, starring in dramas such as Reply 1997 and Love Naggers.
