On May 17, 2026 (KST), actor Kang Shin Hyo held a private wedding ceremony somewhere in Seoul with his non-celebrity girlfriend. As the bride is not a public figure, the ceremony was reportedly held privately to respect her privacy.
Ahead of the wedding, Kang Shin Hyo personally announced the news through Instagram on May 16. He asked his fans to warmly respect his partner’s privacy.
On Sunday, May 17, 2026, I will be holding a wedding ceremony with the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. As my partner is a non-celebrity, I would be grateful if you could watch over us with care and warmth.

Kang Shin Hyo, born in August 1989, made his acting debut in the 2013 film The Russian Novel. He has since appeared in numerous K-Movies and K-Dramas, including Iris 2, Six Flying Dragons, Stranger 2, and Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun. In addition to acting, Kang Shin Hyo also recently launched his own menswear brand, which he described as a longtime dream.
