The main producer of the show Lee Hwan Jin made a statement after the initial wave of reports on the end of the show was published.

“At the end of the emergency meeting today, we decided to end the show in the coming February. All of the members got together and worked out all misunderstandings. We sincerely apologized to Kim Jong Kook and Song Ji Hyo who were wounded deeply by this. They took into consideration the friendship we had built and forgave us. We thank them for that. Their loyalty towards the staff and members is outstanding. They said they could not end things this way because of the fans and stated they would come back.”

The producers stated that there is no special reason for the month of February having been chosen as the end of the show.
