KISS OF LIFE’s “Sexy” Actions Around Park Bo Gum Heavily Criticized

“You’re telling me nobody finds that weird?”

KISS OF LIFE recently performed on the popular singing show The Season – Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile hosted by the top actor himself.

Their performance was part of the promotions for KISS OF LIFE’s most recent comeback with the title track “Lips Hips Kiss” and the album 224. Unfortunately, this activity, too, has sparked huge backlash, just like most of the girl group’s recent actions.

During the show, KISS OF LIFE performed their own rendition of Bruno Mars’s popular hit “That’s What I Like.” At first, the four members were standing in front of Park Bo Gum and performing the song without much choreography.

However, as the cover reached its end, the KISS OF LIFE stars walked closer to Bo Gum and started singing and dancing around him.

The clip has since gone viral, with netizens slamming the group’s “sexy dances” around the actor.

Umm… the choreography looks seriously weird.

Many users on X (formerly known as Twitter) have claimed the choreography is “weird.” Others have praised Park Bo Gum for handling the situation correctly.

I just hate everything about this setup. I really like Park Bogum and KISS OF LIFE, but what are they doing? It’s so obvious they’re with some no-name agency. The choreography completely ignores their main female fan base. The guy is all covered up in long sleeves and pants, but the girls are barely wearing anything, just scraps of fabric. And the four of them circling one guy like that? You’re telling me nobody finds that weird? Why?

It feels like those girls at school festivals who do sexy dances around one random guy they made sit on a chair.

This controversy follows a long line of scandals that KISS OF LIFE has been involved in over the past few months. The group deeply disappointed and angered international fans with a “racist” live broadcast held for member Julie’s birthday celebrations.

Later, after their new song “Lips Hips Kiss” dropped, the choreography for the track was blasted for being overly sexualized.
