Drama Queen of Tears is currently a huge hit. In the latest episode, viewers got to see how Kim Soo Hyun‘s character Baek Hyun Woo proposed to Hong Hae In (played by Kim Ji Won.) He proposed to her in an aquarium, before even finding out she was a chaebol.
Through more close-ups of the leads’ hands, fans got a closer look at their wedding rings.
Although they seem like common wedding rings, the details behind it will have you in tears.
The rings are actually from BVLGARI‘s Viper collection.
They both got designs in white gold.
If you look closely, you’ll see that Hae In’s ring is covered in diamonds. Compared to hers, Hyun Woo’s is plain and simple.
The real price of the rings are ₩10.4 million KRW (about $7,640 USD) for Hae In’s design…
…while Baek Hyun Woo’s is almost 5 times cheaper at 195man.
Baek Hyun Woo had purposely bought a more expensive ring for Hong Hae In! In South Korea, it is customary for the man to purchase the rings during a proposal. This was before he even knew that she was rich, so he had simply wanted to give her the best he could!
