In the video, Han shared her summer health routine, saying, “I don’t eat anything in the morning. I go running on an empty stomach. There are actually a lot of people running in this extreme heat.” Wearing her workout clothes, Han immediately headed out for a run. Even in the sweltering weather, she kept going.

When asked about the proportion exercise plays in maintaining her weight loss, Han admitted that diet takes up 90% of the cause. After returning home, Han also explained her eating habits.

“I run on an empty stomach in the morning. I practice intermittent fasting — I finish eating by 7:30 p.m. and then stay fasting afterward.”

She only eats half a bowl of brown rice instead of white.
