LE SSERAFIM Chaewon‘s recent award show speech has been hit with significant criticism.
On August 21, LE SSERAFIM attended the 2025 K-World Dream Awards.
During the event, LE SSERAFIM picked up multiple awards, and during one speech, Chaewon shared a message to the reporters. Along with thanking them for showing love towards the group, she asked them to write good articles for other groups, seemingly hinting at criticism and hate aimed at idols in news articles.

Yet, Chaewon became a target of hate as netizens hit back at the idol’s comments, claiming it was hypocritical due to her being signed to HYBE and accusations that founder Bang Si Hyuk was the center of media play and defamatory articles against other idols.
